The Information Services team is pleased to launch its new Service Desk Portal. A one stop portal to create, view and respond to current and past requests, request services from a pre-populated Service Catalogue, and find helpful solution articles and answers to FAQ’s.
The portal can be accessed at any time via the intranet quick links, using the hyperlinks in your email notifications from the Service Desk or by visiting servicedesk.chrc.qld.gov.au. Simply login using your council email address and password. There is even a mobile app for those on the go!
