Incidents can be reported and services can still be requested by sending an email to [email protected], by calling 07 4980 6369, or by visiting the Service Desk Team in person, however there is a new way to submit your requests.
Introducing the new Service Desk Portal!
The Service Desk Portal provides a great way for you to not only submit your incidents or service requests for the Service Desk Team to action, but to also get access to helpful resources and information, and also look up the status of current open requests or revisit your closed requests.
So how do you raise a request in the Service Desk Portal?
When on the Home page of the portal you can Request New Service or Report an Incident using the tiles, or use the New Request button on the toolbar.
If you choose to Report an Incident or raise a New Request the Submit a Request form will come up for you to fill in. Tell us about your request and click Submit.
You can view your requests at any time by navigating to the Requests page.
If you choose to Request a New Service or go to the Service Catalog page you can browse and search for the standard service that the Service Desk Team provide.
Depending on what service you choose to request, you will be prompted to provide additional information required to action the request. Completed the required fields and click Place Request.
