Summary

When an email is sent with a Bcc, Personal Archive does not make this information easily visible. Below is a set of instructions on how to access Bcc information from an email that has been archived.

Please Note:

Bcc information is only available from the email that has been sent and not from the recipients email.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the email you need to access in Personal Archive. Save the email to your computer using the "Save this message" button.

2. Open the saved version of the email and click on the "FILE" button in the top left corner of the window.

3. Under the Info tab click the "Properties" button.

4. In the window that opens, under the Internet Headers section, look for "X-MS-Exchange-Organization-BCC:". This will tell you who was Bcc'd on the email.
