This guide will assist you in cancelling meeting room bookings.


Instructions

1. Open the calendar invitation you are trying to cancel. You need to open the invitation from your calendar and not from the meeting room calendar.

2. In the top left of the window click Cancel Meeting. This will change the Send Update button to a Send Cancellation button.



3. Click the Send Cancellation button.



This will send a cancellation request to the meeting room calendar and remove the booking.
