Is your Jabra Headset not playing any noise or sound when you make a call? Are you not receiving a dial tone when you press the answer/hang up button on the headset? Have you found that the battery light on the Jabra Headset dock is white and not green? This is due to the headset losing its connection with the base. 


To remedy this situation: 


  1. Remove headset from the base and power it down. To power down the headset, press the BIG BLACK button on the headset until the WHITE light on your headset flashes quickly and then goes out (about 5-10 seconds). 
  2. Disconnect power from the base for 10 seconds. Power it back on, without the headset in the base. 
  3. After a few seconds, the base will show WHITE battery display and flashing BLUE headset symbol. 
  4. Place the powered OFF headset into the base. 
  5. Wait until the battery display turns GREEN and the BLUE flashing headset symbol disappears. 
  6. The headset is now re-paired.
