For urgent matters please contact the IS ServiceDesk via phone, otherwise for all other assistance please contact the IS ServiceDesk via email.


If you email the IS ServiceDesk your request will automatically be logged in the IS Customer Request system, in which you will be provided with a Request Number.


Take note of your Number as you can use this to easily reference your service request when dealing with Information Services.
