Ever lost a document never to find it again, maybe you misplaced it but maybe you accidentally deleted it. Luckily with OneDrive its quite easy to check if your document has been deleted and the documents are held for an extended period in which they can be recovered.
1. deleting a document is very easy in OneDrive, just right click or hit the hamburger menu then select delete.
2. To find the document just select the recycling desk in the left hand corner
3. your document will be held in your recycling bin for 90 days. at any point within this period you can right click the document and restore it. After the 30 days it is not deleted but moved to the second stage recycling bin, you can message the service desk to have documents moved from the second stage back to your account.
4. Once a document leaves the second stage recycling bin it will not be recoverable.
