There are multiple authentication methods that you have the option of using:

  • Microsoft Authenticator App (App Installed On Your Mobile Phone)
  • Text Message (SMS Code to Mobile)
  • Voice Call (Automated Voice Call Service)
  • Alternate Email Address (Personal Email Account)
  • Security Questions (Preset Questions to Answer)



INSTRUCTIONS




1. Choose Security Questions as your optional method. Click Add.





2. Select the appropriate questions and provide the answers. Click Save




3. Your Security Questions Optional method is now complete.
