Emerald Library Princh error.
It was found the Princh printer was deleted from the Princh dashboard and after it was re added by Princh it gave the above error.
Further troubleshooting found that the Printer was re-added using a new ID. Princh was contact and the printer ID was changed the previous ID – 102160 .
Issue reoslved.
you can go to printer properties in the printer, and check the port.
On of the lines should look like this: %u\AppData\Roaming\Princh\Print\princh_103427_%Y%m%d_%H%n%s_%j_%r_.ps
The 103427 simulates the printer ID
