Make sure all Office Programs are closed before Installing (These include: Word, Excel, OneDrive, Skype, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects)
All programs should close by clicking the X at the top right apart from Skype.
To close skype go to the bottom right of your screen and select the following Arrow ^
Right click the skype icon and select "exit" now you can follow the below steps to install the Office program.
Go to Company Portal
Select the Office O365 Program tile you wish to install.
Select Install at the top right once inside the O365 tile.
Once the install is completed, you're ready to use the program.
