Over time OneCouncil has the tendency to forget to clean up after itself in your browser. Think of your browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Edge etc) like a desk - when you're working on things sometimes you'll need different colour pens, rubbers, paperclips and general 'stuff' that you need to do your job. When you're finished, if you don't clean up your desk it can create problems for the next time you go to use it - you have an untidy desk with stuff in the way! What we need to do is clear you cache (the computer equivalent of wiping your desk clear). - This is super simple (5-6 clicks). This example will be for google chrome, but the steps are basically the same for every browser.

For those of you who are curious and want to know more about what a cache actually is, and why clearing your cache works on odd little problems like these, I'd recommend this article.

Click: The 3 vertical dots on the top right of your browser.

Then click: Clear browsing data

Click "Advanced", set 'Time Range' to "All Time", make sure the top 4 options are selected, then click 'Clear data'

Refresh your OneCouncil page (you may need to log in again), and you should be set!

If after following these steps it's still broken, you may create a ServiceDesk ticket and we will take a look. :)
