user the below Solution article if a user calls that cannot remember or access the Shared iPads as they're "Locked"
Logged onto Apple business manager - https://business.apple.com/#main/accounts (Passwords within Keepass under Apple DEP and Volume Purchasing Program Account)
Navigated to the user under the "Accounts Tab"
Clicked on the 3 dots and selected "Create Shared iPad Password" and downloaded as a CSV
Give the users the temporary password and tell them to log into the device.
The End users will be requested to change their password immediately.
We Suggest doing the following Combo as it requires a Capital, lowercase and numbers: Chrc####
Once this is done, make sure to create a ticket for the user if not done already and celebrate!
