This article explains in 3 simple steps how to use the Report Phishing button in the Outlook Web App (outlook.office365.com). 

1)  If you receive a malicious email that you wish to report to the ServiceDesk, select the email and click the three dots in the top right.   

2) Click the 'Report Phishing' button.  

3) That is it! The email is deleted from your mailbox, and is submitted to the ServiceDesk to be reviewed.
