How to Create a Online Nitrosign Document: (Note: when you upload your Nitro PDF document the functions do not populate from the Offline Version). You will need to add these in the online version.
1. Go to the website https://cloud.gonitro.com/ and Sign in with your CHRC credentials.
2. Go to my templates.
3. Create a new template. This will let you edit your document and add in esignatures, editable email addresses and check boxes.
4. Drag and drop your PDF document you want to setup in a template for future use.
5. Drag and drop the fields you need within your PDF document.
6. You can edit these fields name, if it is required, and where its located within the PDF document.
7. Once your happy with where everything is located save your document.
8. once saved press the X button to get our of the document.
9. You can now send out your document to be esigned or you can go back to your main NITRO templates folder and send out from here.
(Once you send your document or use your template you can add your own fields into the document for example your own signature to be sent with the document).
10. Clicking the CHRC logo will take you back to your main page.
