"Corporate Wi-Fi" refers to the wireless networking infrastructure implemented within a corporate or business environment. This type of Wi-Fi network is designed to provide reliable and secure wireless connectivity for employees, guests, and various devices within the organization. 

Where Available - at most Council Office and sites. Best way to check if the device is showing “CHRC – Corporate” under WIFI networks. 

WAP’s are installed on ceilings or are sitting on desks which broadcast Corp Wi-Fi network.

All Council managed Windows devices including Mobile phones should automatically connect to “CHRC - Corporate” Wi-Fi Network once the user successfully signs into the device, provided Corp WIFI is available at the site.

Authentication: Corporate Wi-Fi networks often use strong authentication mechanisms to ensure that only authorized individuals and devices can connect.

SSID - “CHRC – Corporate

Password – Council employee Username and password.

 

Troubleshooting

  1. Toggle Wi-Fi button to turn OFF and back ON
  2. Restart your device
  3. Reset user account password if you feel it may have expired
  4. Ensure you are trying to connect to the correct WiFi network

 

Guests can connect to “CHRC - Guest” WI-FI. Password is available in Keepass.
