This article will walk you through setting up the Freshservice application on your Corporate IOS Mobile device to allow access to raise, reply, and monitor requests from your mobile.

Step 1
Open the "Freshservice" application
Step 2
Enter "servicedesk.chrc.qld.gov.au" when requested for the URL
Step 3
Select "Continue" when you receive this popup
Step 4
On the Sign In page, select "Sign in with SSO"
Step 5
You will receive this popup, hit "Allow"
Step 6
You are now logged into the ServiceDesk application on your Phone, you can raise tickets on the right side by clicking the "+" and selecting "Report Issue" or "Request Service"
