I have a New User Starting!
If you have a new staff member commencing with council and they require access to councils computer systems (this includes emails and council's corporate software systems such as ECM and Authority) you are required to access the Intranet portal and fill out the necessary Computer Access Request, Hardware Request, Software Request and Mobile Device Request forms. This is to notify Information Services of their commencement.
Please fill out these forms as early as possible (once you have all the details of the person being appointed!) as the Information Services reserves a 3 Business Day period to which they have to have these requests completed. If late notice is provided, Information Services can not guarantee everything will be completed before the staff member commences.
