Information Services Portal
Information Services has its own portal on the Intranet, filled with the following:
* Solution articles relating to DIY fixes,
* FAQ's for many common issues and troubleshooting methods,
* A job status checker to see the progress of any open or pending requests,
* Forms to request new IT Hardware, Software and Computer Accounts,
* Information Services policies, procedures and manuals,
* Various FAQ's regarding how operations are undertaken by IS (including new users and loan requests).
