Printing Systems


At least 1 network printer will be installed automatically for staff when they commence with council.



Requesting Access to Additional Printers

A request can be submitted to the ServiceDesk to obtain access to further printers.


Reporting Faults

Faults such as error messages and breakages are to be reported to the ServiceDesk for action.


Toner & Paper Replacements

* It is the responsibility of all staff to replace paper in the printers,

* For printers located in Emerald, toner cartridges are located in cupboards on the ground floor above the two large multifunction printers,

* For printers located in all other offices, the Area Office Coordinators can be contacted.


Follow-You Printing

Printers located in Main Administration Building's in Emerald, Capella, Springsure, Blackwater and Duaringa are printed to via a system called Equitrac. Training will need to be undertaken before printers in this location can be utilised.
