How do I request New IT Hardware or Software?


Requests for new IT Equipment (this includes new and replacement mobile phones) need to be made via the Request forms located in the IS Portal located on the intranet. These are online forms which will automatically be submitted to the IS ServiceDesk to be processed by the IS team. All requests received will require approval from your direct supervisor or General Manager depending on the request.

To receive new hardware or software, please navigate to the IS portal located on the intranet (https://servicedesk.chrc.qld.gov.au/) and find and fill in the relevant form to be approved by your Manager/General Manager and to be processed by the IS team.
