Are you looking for a report that shows your business unit’s open CRMs? You’re in luck! You already have access to this. Follow the steps below to set up your own report. You can even schedule it to run on certain days!
Step 1
Start by searching “Open Requests by Resource Pool Report” in the ‘Enterprise Search’ field of OneCouncil.

To select your business unit, click here:
Find the one you want to have the report on, mark its checkbox, then click ‘Select’. I’m using ‘CUSTSERV’ for this example, but yours may be different.
Step 3
Now we need to choose if we want our report to have all open requests, or just the overdue or ‘within deadline’ ones. Click here:
For my example, I want all open requests, so I’ve selected both:
Step 4
Now I’m set up! If you want to filter your requests by further criteria (for example a specific request assignee), you can add additional criteria by selecting Criteria Details (green). By default it will give you everything for the selected business unit. If you want to schedule your report to run every so often, we can set this up by hitting ‘Schedule’ (pink). Or, if we want to run this right now, we can hit ‘Run’ (blue).
I want to run mine now, so I’ve clicked ‘Run’ and I’ve received this notification:
It says my report will be available under ‘My Reports’ so I’ll head there by searching for it in the Enterprise Search bar. This is also where you'll find any reports you have scheduled to run. Now I can see it waiting for me:
Download or view in whatever format you like using the black downwards arrow underneath any given report! Done!
