Introduction

Sometimes a regular "Workflow Only" delegation doesn't quite cover the full scope of processes your delegate will need to complete in your absence. One such example is purchase orders, which have strict financial delegation and workflow requirements.
For these situations, a full delegation is required. At present, there is no way for you to set up a delegation for more than just your workflow. You'll need to seek approval from governance who will make a request to the Corporate Applications team on your behalf. It is always a good idea to speak with governance about this ahead of time, to allow for processing.

Warning: a full delegation gives the delegate complete access to your OneCouncil account and position. It is important to keep in mind the full scope of what this delegation means.

How to Access a Delegation

If you are a delegate and are trying to log in, follow these steps:

On your home screen, you will notice this banner (below):

Click the hyperlink.

Next, click 'Delegated to Me', then 'Log on'

You are now logged on as that individual and you can complete tasks in the delegator's stead.
