If your Authenticator App on your mobile is not working correctly you can delete this and then add a new sign-in method and select Authenticator App. This will renew the Authenticator App on your mobile.

You can also add any other methods you would like. For example if your mobile has no mobile coverage but you have internet access in your home you may choose email as a preferred sign-in method.



What ever sign-in method you choose it will guide you through the process.


NOTE: If you get a new mobile phone this must be done as the Authenticator App is Tied directly to the original mobile device. 


1. If adding Authentication with the Authenticator APP you must delete and reinstall the application on your new mobile device.

Reinstall the exact same application (Microsoft Authenticator). When opening the new installed version it will prompt you to Scan with QR CODE this step must be done otherwise application will not work.


Although the Authenticator App is the best method, this will let you update your password for your CHRC login if you have either forgotten your password or if it has updated while your not on premises.

There are other methods available for approving sign ins, if you require more then one you can also do this.
